Trailer
The trailer is a short clip, often with the length of a few minutes, which shall give us a taste a new movie.
Most frequently we see the scenes of the movie which are especially exciting, dramatic or sad. In this way they try to awaken the publics interest and to lure the people to the cinema when the movie is coming.
An especially trailblazing Trailer was the one to “Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace”. A large part of the people went to the cinema just to watch the trailer and before the feature film started they went back and the cinema almost empty.
